Transfer paper for ceramic toners – tested and proven
We offer a wide range of decal papers and ready-varnished papers for use in ceramic digital printing. Benefit from our sophisticated selection of base papers for transferring your prints. The paper is your medium: It is printed with the images for the subsequent water decals. The type of paper as well as the coating have a great influence on the firing result and the ceramic surface. Rely on the know-how of our ceramic printing experts for the production of your enamel, glass or ceramic products.
Print your images on prevarnished decal paper – even for one-offs or for jobs with continuously changing images. After being submerged in water for a short while, the images can be released from the transfer paper and moved to the white object. Additional coatings are not required. Use our technology with all the professional accessories to finish your glass, ceramic and porcelain products.

Decal paper has a medium grammage. It is easy to handle and suitable for all varnishing methods. As it is not pre-lacquered, decal paper is not laminate paper.

Decal paper with white backing is particularly suitable for use on glass or coloured ceramics. It is not pre-lacquered.

Pre-lacquered water-slide decal paper that is suitable also for higher temperature ranges, e.g. inglaze temperatures. CoverCal can be printed on directly. No additional varnishing is required.

Pre-lacquered paper with lead-free can be printed on directly. No additional varnishing is required. PureCal is particularly suitable for use with our lead-free toner sets.

Pre-lacquered functional paper, can be printed on directly. This paper requires no additional varnishing. The BasiCal decal paper is suitable for universal varnish/flux applications.

Transfer paper portfolio
All paper has been tested for best possible and easy use. Additionally, all our accessories have been tested for all ceramictoners. Our range includes a number of functional papers, such as mzCal decal paper or prevarnished paper like CoverCal, PureCal and BasiCal which can be printed on directly and released in water. We also offer special paper with white backing. This paper creates a stronger contrast on glass and dark backgrounds of the objects you want to decorate.
Quality assurance for transfer papers
All paper has been tested for best possible and easy use. Our accessories have additionally been tested for compatibility with our ceramic printing systems. Our toners also set perfectly on the decal paper. The water transfer property is subject to continual quality control measures and ongoing enhancement at our research and development department. Paperweight
In light of the many possible surface finishes, you can choose transfer paper in many variants, formats and thicknesses. To obtain a perfect surface finish, we produce all types of varnishes, laminate paper and prevarnished paper. The grammages of our functional papers are coordinated and can be used together in the same print run.

ceramictoner is a brand of mz Toner Technologies. The in-house developed toners are manufactured by our own production and distributed worldwide. The range includes toner sets, paper types and printing accessories.
